Once the program/ project status report is approved, it is locked. So, any new milestones that were added to the plan after the approval of the report will not appear in that report. 

The suggested action is to ask the PMO to change the status report back to DRAFT. Once the report is in DRAFT, you will see the newly added milestones in the report and will also be able to select them to be included in the report.
